C1 is over B on the same starting machine, not a standalone failure. On RMC GRID 48x3=144, C1 acc 77/144 beside B 74/144. The headline is wrong reportable flag: C1 30/144 beside B 46/144. The source calls this drop arguably the bigger prize. It states +3 correct and 16 fewer wrong reportable flag cells. Mean questions C1 3.84 beside B 3.58. The answer key follows Arm B. Marked-correct answers were taken from Arm B, so the test tilts toward B-like answers. Beating B here is stronger than the raw margin suggests.
